Can any one suggest any books for a beginner to read about the Civil War?

I think I've seen a "Civil War for Dummies" book. Other than that its hard to pick a book or two. My interest is in the Cavalry so I have dozens of books on it. Then I got for the equipment and uniforms which a have a bunch on. As for everything else its slim pickins. So, What are you interested in?
