FS Confederate Shell

I am listing this for a friend. It is a Confederate shell jacket modeled after the NC coat on page 144 in EOG. It has a 6 button front w/ NC State buttons. It is completely lined with osnaburg. There is a pocket inside the left breast. The jean wool is a light-ish gray w/ black speckling. The button holes are hand sewn. This is used, but in great condition. Should fit a size 42 to 44. (It measures 19" across the back shoulder seams and 23" along the back center seam from base of collar to the hem. Who made the coat?

My friend said that she wasn't sure, that she thinks it was made a lady in the guy's unit. I believe he had paid over $100 to have it made. It is a nice coat.
