whenever I try to add a picture to my profile , the web page times out. I have tried it from different PCs and locations. What is the format ?

Hallo!
I am Computer Illiterate, but I suspect the image you want to use is either to large of a file, and/or its dimensions exceed what the board allows?

I uploaded Barry Bonds' rookie card just to test it. It gave me an error but it still worked.

The maximum size of your custom image is 100 by 100 pixels or 64.0 KB, whichever is smaller.
What is the format of the picture you're trying to upload? I believe .jpg and .gif are the two formats most likely to work.

To that I can attest. It took me multiple attempts of cropping and such before I was able to get my picture to down to a size that I could upload into my profile.

Thanks to all. I'll try shrinking the picture more.

Actually, I've found anything larger than 80 by 80 pixels can be troublesome.
