I bought this off Ebay about 6 years ago -- It never fit me correctly -- It was too small in the bust -- but I wore it anyway --

I think I figured it out --

Bust 36 inches

Sleeve Length 28 inches

Length from back of neck to bottom of skirt 56 inches

Lenth from back of neck to waist 16 1/2 inches
