I hope Im on the right area. I thought I would introduce myself.
Im from Tennessee.....not originally however.
My husband, myself and our daughter moved South over a year and a half ago from Massachusetts. Our dream was finally realized when we bought our first home, but had to move out of MA to do it. LOL
Anyway.......both my hubby and I use to re-enact. In fact, that is how we met. We hadn't re-encacted in about ten years as our daughter is a special needs child who is very involved. She is almost 9 yrs old, and has improved medically quite abit. She is in a wheelchair, developmentally delayed, no speech and suffers from GERD, seizures and severe food allergies to the point they have labeled her a failure to thrive. So her diet is pretty basic, and she has to drink a formula for extra calories.
Before I ramble on, like I said. Both husband and I re-enacted and we've decided to try to ease back into the hobby. Both of us have missed getting into period clothing.
