First... I am not a CW gun expert. I DO know that it is a 63 Springfield. People have told me it has been defarbed (?) pretty well and the first time I took it out to an event several people in my unit got into a debate on whether or not it was an original (don't know if that's good or bad?). I do not know the maker. It is sound and intact. Rifle only... no sling, tools, or accessories. Price $500 plus shipping from NW Ohio (or you can pick it up if you want).
