Horse Drawn Artillery

Burrough's Battery is seeking volunteers. We are a family oriented unit located in East Tennessee. We portray CS and US artillery. We attend events in the East Tennessee, Eastern Kentucky, GA, AL area. We will be attending Shiloh and Mill Springs this year. We attend reenactments, living histories and live fire competitions. We have 6 guns, but currently only field 2-3 of them. We have the harness and horses, but we need more cannoneers and drivers. If you are interested please contact me and I will send you a packet of information about our unit, our schedule and pictures of us in action.
Period field batteries did not sit still and neither do we.
