Texas saddle by Karl Pepper.

I thought I'd beat the drum a bit for Karl Pepper of Glenn Pier Depot. This is the Texas saddle he made for me last month. His saddles and tack are all hand stitched and dyed in his shop. If he has the tree in house the turn around time is great, 4 weeks in my case. The leather is lighter as it should be but it still generally top thick ( but still thinner than most makers). My saddle was $550.

That's one sharp saddle, and the price is about the same as a quality western pleasure saddle. If I had a little extra money I'd be ordering one now.
