Can I use this forum to vent and inform the members about an on going, very bad experience with BarnesandNobel.com and one of it's re-sellers? It will all be factual, with supporting documentation. Thanks.

Send a PM to the Provost on this. I suspect the answer will be no. Had you not named the book company directly, you probably could you gotten away with it.

If you want your vent to possibly make a difference, I would suggest that you write a letter with your documentation to your local Better Business Bureau with cc's to the local B&B, the reseller, as well to the B&B corporate contact on their website. When corporate sees a report of fraud going to a Better Business Bureau, they may very well react and the s**t may roll downhill resulting in a favorable resolution to your problem.
