I have for sale 2 cotton work dresses and 1 cotton day dress. Since I was pregnant I doubt I'll ever wear these again! :)
The two work dresses are made in appx. a womans size 6 and made for someone 5' 4". They are 135" in circumference so full enough to wear with a corded petti or a few petticoats. They are both made in the same style, with a darted lining and a gathered bodice that closes with small black hook and eyes. They are one-piece, with the skirts being attached to a piped waistband with gauging. The sleeves are coat-style. The skirts have a wide hem facing. The neckline, armscyes and waist seams are piped with narrow cotton cord. One dress is green plaid and the other a blue print. They have been worn for two seasons, but are still in good shape and have a lot of life left in them. Asking $50 apiece for these.
The day dress is of a dark blue/red plaid. It has a lined, darted bodice and full gathered sleeves. The bodice fastens with hook and eyes. The dress is one peice and the skirt is pleated and whip stitched to the waistband. Neck, armscyes and waist seams are piped. The skirt is 180" in circumference and has a wide hem facing and three decorative tucks. The neckline is finished with a small lace collar and the cuffs are of matching lace. Both collar and cuffs are removable and attach to the dress with large basting stitches. This dress appx. size 8/10 And was worn to two events this seasons, otherwise in brand-new condition. Asking $90 for this dress.
