WTS Federal Enlisted Artillery Shell jacket

Selling a 3rd time around fed. shell jacket. Water has caused a bit of the red to bleed on the white inside parts of the sleeves, so its a "veteran" coat. All correct fed. eagle buttons are present. Size 48 give or take. Asking $85.

Do you know the maker?

I have no idea who the maker is, I bought it a few years ago from a friend who was getting out of the hobby. I did artillery for a season or toe, then I moved to Oklahoma and I'm raising a unit here so I have no time for the old King of Battle anymore. However, it seems to be fairly decently made mainstream quality.
