This is a lot of materials I used to make arsenal packs when I was fielding a musket. I had made up nearly 100 period correct Augusta Arsenal packs a couple of years ago, used some, gave some away, used some more, and now I still have a quantity that I doubt I would use all up since becoming Captain of the company.
Included in this lot is a partial roll of tan / brown wrapping paper I used for the arsenal packages, a roll of green paper I wrapped the percussion caps in, a nearly full spool of BLACKSTAFF’S No. 8 made in Ireland Best Quality string I tied them together with, and at least 20 Augusta Arsenal labels I made. You can use these as is or lay them out on a sheet of paper to make a master copy for future use.
Also included are my master labels, one of each, for making other arsenal labels. They include: St. Louis Arsenal, Richmond Arsenal, Richmond Manufactory, Baton Rouge Arsenal, and Frankford Arsenal. These are nice and clear labels and not copies of copies of copies.
Also included are 30 authentically made Eley Brothers of London 1859 Pattern English cartridge tubes made by Brett – you know, the good ones!
Just taking up space in my war closet and want to move them out.
The whole package is $28 shipped - the box is kinda heavy and I ship First Class with insurance and Delivery Confirmation so consider actual cost is cheap. Pay Pal is preferred.
