1868 appleton tracy needs a watch maker

I have A coin silver open face case, key wind key set American watch company Appleton Tracy pocket watch for sale. I do not have the key with it at this time but keys are easier to come by than this watch. If someone knows a good watch maker I'm sure they could get it running again. I can have pictures upon request. sent to your e-mail. The serial numbers date this watch to 1868 and upon some research I found that the movement itself in the mid to late sixties not including the case cost thirty eight dollars.
