Does anyone know where I can procure some wood finials for cap pouches?

Check with Chris Henderson in Georgia (C.R. Henderson and Son's). I think he's made some in the past for Kiev Thomason

Ross makes a good suggestion. You can also turn them yourself using a drill press and files if you know the correct size and shape. When I used to make Confederate cartridge boxes and cap boxes, I've done this myself a number of times with good success.
