...on the weekend of May 21-22.
Someone left a folding camp stool at the Palas Athena Ladies Aid Society station at the Carlisle Barracks annual multi-period event.
I was camped next door to the ladies, and since they have their very own supply of highly accurate camp stools, they decided to "leave" the errant piece of furniture with me.
I own at least four camp stools already, so if at all possible, I would like to return this one to its rightful owner.
The found camp stool is obviously something left behind by someone who visited the Ladies' fine station, where they had numerous samples of Civil War-era goodies to hand out (for free) to soldiers (blue or gray) in need, including a lot of eatable delicacies.
Unfortunately, there are no markings whatsoever on the camp stool, but whoever contacts me with a reasonably-close description of it, will get it back, sooner or later.
If you weren't at Carlisle, perhaps you may know someone who was, or maybe you have heard someone complain about losing their camp stool there.
Either way, please have them get in touch with me, so we can proceed to arrange for a safe return of the missing furniture.
Thank you.
Julio
