Looking for WIDE boots or shoes

I'm new to Civil War reenactment, although I was active in the fur-trade era, and in the midst of acquiring the proper attire.

I have one major problem. I need to locate a supplier for period-correct civilian boots (preferably) or shoes who stocks or can make a size 11 EEEEE. Thus far the widest that I can find is EE -- far too narrow.

Any leads or recommendations would be appreciated.
