I heard some time back ago that people were having problems ordering from Sullivan Press. He would take your order and money, but would never send you your stuff. I was wondering, has anyone ordered from him recently and has had a pleasant transaction? I would really like to order a bunch of items from him, but am scared of getting ripped off. Any info will be greatly appreciated.
Mods, if this is in the wrong folder, I apologize please move to correct one.
Thanks,
Kyle Karoliussen

...for Bob Sullivan is a most honest, most reliable fellow.
I have done business with him over many, many years and I have no regrets at all.
Do not put any stock on idle gossip. Or on idle gossipers.
The man, Bob Sullivan, is an absolute pillar of reliability.
And just for the record, other than being an occasional customer of his now and then, I have absolutely NO pecuniary interests whatsoever in his operation.
So order away. I know Bob Sullivan will not let you --or anyone-- down.

Bob does however, get busy with his real job on occassion.
For quick turnaround, order the same goods from S & S Sutler in Gettysburg.

I'll second Julio's comments. I have always had good service over the years.

I'll second the advice not to order from him by mail. I'd heard the rumors, ordered from him several years ago anyway, had to hassle and hassle him, finally recieved what I ordered after much headache, and vowed never again. Just because others get good service doesn't mean you will.
