Yah, I'm 5 11 210 and it's big on me. I must have hit the wrong key when I ordered it, the other odds and ends are fine. It will fit Rob, so anyone who knows Rob now has a clear idea how big it is. As soon as I find a working camera I'll have a photo up here, with me in it. Somewhere.

You realize there are probably only about 4 men in the hobby that fit this definition of tall, right? And that three of them have retired from reenacting?

Before he rolled his big ol truck end over end over end in the Minnesoda ice last year, he was MUCH taller.
Now he's just under 6' 7" and takes a size 48 coat. At least I think that's what was the consensus was on the last custom drafted coat made for our favorite freak of nature.

I am only 6'5" and take a 48, but I don't want to look like a Ewok.

I have no idea if that worked. If it did you can see this sucker can go around me 1.5 times. I'm 5'11 and it is a good three inches off the ground, which isn't that far from "about right" for these things, I think.
Didn't realize Rob was 6'7. It might be a little short on him, but not too big around. :-)

OK, there's some perspective. That's a normal size door. From the top cape button on the left, which is at collar level, it's 56" to the bottom of the back of the coat. Measure from just below your hairline, unless you're an old hippy, to get an idea where it will fall on you.
Mark Pflum? Are you out there? :-)

If there aren't any buyers, it would make a mighty fine pair of curtains! :P

Curtains or maybe a shebang roof.... I may have to go to Ebay and advertise it as a genuine too-big duster or something. Anybody know any NFL linemen?

It looks like I am your huckleberry. 56" is right below my knee. PM sent.

You know Bill, all that waxed canvas we used to tarp wagon loads for In The Van came from an old tent not too much bigger than that. All kinds of uses.
Speaking of which, I'm enjoying a fine fall morning on the land where wagons will assemble again in six weeks. It's a grand thing to watch 30 men work like the dickens on wood, roads, and hay while holding a cup of coffee. If you don't sell that coat, use it for a tent for your grandchildren and come on down to Twin Rivers next month. There's a place for an old guy with a shotgun in the Town of Dover.
