If you were disappointed because Authentic Campaigners didn't have their traditional April Fools edition, you need to check out a thread I started in the military discussion. But it also has civilian implications so, rather than repeat it, head up there and check it out.

Unfortunately, it really isn't a joke.

An alert reader (my wife) did point out that there is one difference in the Citizen's Companion article. It has the sub-subtitle of "Suitable also for a civilian/camp impression."
