Okay fellows, we are back.
I am home with time on my hands and caught up on my reading for the new CWRD Forums. WOW! Name calling and everything.
Many of us are members of several forums, for a host of reasons. Nothing wrong with that.
Which forums do you belong to?
Personally, my forums are: Off Topic Boys, AC Forums and this forum. Each valuable in their own way.

Darned funny.
yep Herr Schmidt pretty good. Good to laugh at ourselves. We should never should take ourselves too seriously, try posting something like that on the AC.
For myself I stick with this forum and the AC. Good blend of the lighthearted and the serious.
Tried OTB and Camp Chase found them both lacking in different ways.
Bully to all the people that provide moderator duties on both forums.

Now that was funny Curt, I haven't laughed all day...thanks. I mostly check in here and the AC forums. Both provide good information for all sides of this crazy hobby. I also check Camp Chase but with almost 1000 members, not much posting over there.

I poke in at a LOT of forums, on various subjects from horse stuffl, to flight simulation, to wargaming.
I check in at nearly a dozen CW forums, but there's 4 where I most often participate:
CW Cavalry (which I run)
Authentic Campaigner
CW Reenactors (here)
The Off Topic Boys
I have a section of our links page dedicated to CW forums - if there's any to add, let me know. http://mainecav.org/links.htm

Hallo!

I posted that link in the spirit of fun and without any "between the lines" or other political agenda. Really.
And like cartoons of certain unamed prophets, I apologize to any lads offended or hurt by it, before the embassies and consulates are burned.

Hallo!
"Should we expect villagers with pitchforks and torches?" Nah, you're alright....
They are mostly after me... ;-) :-) :-)
Besides I need the light to read by at night.

It is amusing, but only once. It lacks imagination. I'm not sure I shouldn't be miffed at the failure to use my own screen name as a foil, it has such possibilities; I leave them as an exercise for the student.

Okay, this thread has been oficially hijacked. Could we get back on the subject or do I need to comment on various sensativities?

Hallo!
I apologize, as I started it with jocularity... and did not answer the question.
I post on three CW and two 18th century boards...
