Hello all,
I'm wiping the slate so I can start anew. I'm selling off everything except one jacket and my musket. When I come back to the hobby full force, it will be with a full kit that I have made myself. The items for sale are listed below:
1. Shell Jacket - made of mixed gray wool, and started life as a Richmond
Depot jacket. I personally took the coat apart, laid in piping and trim, and
then completely stitched it back together by hand (including button holes)
It is a size 46 and I'm only asking $75 because I want to clear it out,and
can't wear it myself.
2. Shell Jacket - Federal blue wool, body lined in black cotton, sleeves in
muslin. Bought from another reenactor. Machine top stitching, hand-
sewn button holes. Size 48. Asking $50.
3. Accoutrements - Cartridge box w/ sling, waist belt, and cap pouch.
Cartridge box and cap pouch were bought off of sutler row. The belt
and sling came from Dixie Gun Works. U.S. box plate, U.S. belt buckle,
and eagle breast plate included. Asking $60 for the whole set.
That's all I've got for now, but I will be posting more items as I clean out the closet and cedar chest. Thanks.

I have not heard back yet either - but I don't know if he has logged-on at all since I sent him the PM. He may simply be away from his computer.

Just to ease everybodies concerns, if you check his profile it says his last log in was 9/5/06. I bet everyone knows that, but whats the harm in helping, right? :)

I haven't heard back yet one way or the other. To either the PM or e-mail I sent. Hopefully soon, as I still want the item but would need it before next weekend for an event, so I'd like to know either way so I can make other arrangements. And I will be away from my Computer as of 3:00 today for the rest of the weekend until late Sunday night.
Edit: Just heard back (Thanks John!).

Hey everyone,
Just wanted to let you all know that I'm only able to get online access on the weekends right now. Last weekend was interrupted with work issues. I will be posting other items soon, so keep a look out.

Everyone,
For some reason the forum won't let me edit my original posts. Therefore, I am letting everyone know that the trousers and blankets have been spoken for many times over. Also, the Federal shell jacket and accoutrements are pending. I just wanted to let everyone know that status so you won't have to write and ask and be disappointed.
Thank you,
John Spain
