editorial cartoon search

Back in the '90's, Disney had plans for a theme park near Manassas, which didn't pan out (thankfully). There was an editorial cartoon that was published that featured 3 figures in uniform (McDowell, Pope, Mouse), with the caption "Defeated at Manassas". The Walmart thing at Wilderness made me think of it, and I've tried to do a search, without luck. Anyone know else remember it or know where I could find it?

Found the one I was looking for. Haven't seen any relating to the Walmart/Wilderness fight.
