I was wondering if anyone could tell me who painted/drew this picture. http://research.surnames.com/images/civil_war_soldiers.jpg
I have zoomed in as far as I can on the page but cannot make out the name.
I'd like to use this picture on a shirt but would like permission from the artist to use his work.

I don't see the image in his current catalogue, but that doesn't mean anything.
