Burnside Blouse Patterns

Does anybody know where I can get a pattern for the enlisted Burnside Blouse and the god awful pleated officers Burnside.

Don Smith of TMD. Co. made my entire Rhode Island uniform, including the blouse, trowsers, kepi, and havelock. Unfortunetly, as of today, 8/1/09, Don has gone to an "in stock only" business model. The pattern he drafted was from originals, and, from my experience of having several people make several of these uniforms, over many years; Don's was hands down, the most accurate, and best made. His pattern was spot on to any original uniform pieces I ever saw. To bad I didn't see this post yesterday.
