Lodgewood phone/email problems?

Does anyone know of Lodgewoods phone/email response or lack thereof lately? I can never get them on the phone lately or have any response to emails. I had placed a small in stock order weeks ago. I know the email and phone arent period items but necessary to modern business. no complaints just a little frustrated. im moving on rom my work location as of late and am trying to avoid missing the mail here. Going to ft. totten ny in a week.

The first couple of weeks in May they are at the N-SSA Spring Nations.
Now that the season has started, you probably wont catch them in on weekend. And not before noon on week days unless they are packing for a trip.

Spring Nationals officially begins on Thursday the 13th and ends Sunday the 17th this year.
If the folks from Lodgewood Mfg. get back home a week from today, they will be lucky.

I am having the same problem with Lodgewood, ordered sear spring and sear spring screw last week in June, told it would be out the same week, still not here and they haven't responded to any of my emails in weeks. Had to do events without my musket, probably could have gotten the parts elsewhere but already paid for these.

My last experience was fine.
I called last week, they answered in a couple or three rings.

But, yes, as Herr Blair shared, being a small operation and having to travel distances to shows and events, they are at times not around the shop.
