View Full Version : Not a CW/WBTS film...1612

Set in Russian in 1612. Lord of the Rings with more gunpowder. We wish someone would make a CW/WBTS movie with this much attention to fire arms and artillery. English subtitles.

"Ten years after witnessing the slaughter of Czar Boris Godunov and his family, servant Andrei assumes the identity of his murdered master and embarks on a quest to find the czar's beautiful daughter, Kseniya who may have survived the massacre. This ravishing historical epic is set against the dramatic backdrop of Russia's Time of Troubles and the Polish-Muscovite War."

Rent it at Netflix.

I forgot...there's some female nudity in a bathing scene so don't show it the kids.

Where can I get a unicorn for my new Polish Winged Hussar impression?

Are there events that allow dismounted Polish Winged Hussar impressions?

:) :) :)

Would that someone would make even just a "Saving Private Ryan" or "Band of Brothers" Civil War movie Mess

The Winged Hussars are Kewl! In this Russian movie they are the Imperial Storm Troopers. Several others from Poland, they are of course, the good guys.

One scene we see just what "bar shot" (Expanding Shot) fired from a cannon would do to a column of Winged Hussars. CGI in slow motion.
