Not to fuel the flames of this thing but this is the last thread started about him:

And for the record I have ordered from Robert and he shipped very promptly and the item was as described. I hope youl all get this sorted out.

Come on folks, nobody here ever hear of the word MALARKY, meaning bull sh*t? HELLLO? anyone?
Ya' all got to be kidding right.
The funny thing is that out wonderful moderator closed down the other thread mentioned above before things could be sorted out.

I had ordered a pair of sky blue pants, size 36, and a haversack from Mr. Grandchamp, what I got today was a blue kepi and nothing else.
Hope he is happy with my $45.00, I know I'm not with what I received.

Hey you got my Kepi...... I sent $45 for a list of things including a kepi, belt buckle, Confederate jackets, vest, cartridge box, suspenders...He did state to make an offer. I wonder how many other sent in $40-$50... he probably made alot more this way than if he stated a price for each item. I did get my VA buckle, and a copy of 1865 customs of service that was not on my list. I did get the items fast, but thought I was getting more for my money......

I have no need for the Kepi, you can have it if you will pay the shipping. Someone might as well get the correct item.
PM me your shipping address, and I'll get it sent to you, when you get it, please send me the amount of shipping.
Sound fair enough?

 I hope not to fule the fire hear but, I had ordered a shelter half off this "Mr. Grandchamp" and received it today. I only looked at this thread out of question because I had remembered seeing the name zbliss around in my pm's. It turns out it was "Mr. Grandchamp". I had ordered a federal issue shelter half off him about 3-4 week ago. I had just recieved it in the mail today. According to his post he was selling TWO peices of a federal issue shelter half, when I opened the box today their was only a ONE peice of a federal shelter half not TWO as stated in the post. Their also was the marking that said 34th Mass written in magic marker. I thank you "Mr. Grandchamp" for not including that little detail about the shelter half in your post. Also if anyone bought a rifle sling off him and dident recive it it was sent to me. I say this because I dident buy a rifle sling off him.

deletion - THP; cleaning up the thread
So since other people got the wrong thing - I ordered a copy of Upton's Tactics and got a small, hardbound, blank journal book, which isn't bad actually. Someone had written something on one page but I have not used it yet and if somebody got what I ordered, I'd swap with them if they had ordered the blank book.

The trousers that I bought were to be a 34 34 and they were. They were also in new condition, never worn. They were not. They had been worn a few times because they had mud and dirt on the botton and the botton although sewn, were frayed a little and were not the butternut he had said they were but more a grey. If anyone wants to trade for something, let me know. If he promised this item to someone, let me know by leaving a pm and we can sort this mess out. I did request pics of the product. His reply was the camera was broken and could not get pics at this time. Because of him, my trust in this forum is shaken. He is the only person to rip me off on this forum. Here is the address he told me to send payment for trousers. Is this the same one that other people send their payment too. Thanks

The above address matches one that I received from him two years ago when there was another problem here with him selling things. Is anyone going to issue an emancipation proclamation for this war? it seems the war is already taking on a new cause, name calling maybe Lincoln should have tried that. I believe the name calling should cease and the thread should be deleted, it is getting a little out of hand. Actually the thread should have been closed long ago and deleted, this is something that should be solved in private and not brought into public light. I personally enjoy reading posts on this forum and have recently been taken back by some of the things I have read. I can't say for sure who I agree with here. Frankly I hope everyone gets the gear they wanted. However, I am tired of trying to look for gear and seeing another bashing of another user. Sir, I would like to inform you that I too bought items off of this "bum" so infact it is my buisness. I purchased several items off of him. They came in condition suitable for me, since I was paying very low prices I didn't expect much. I did not see pictures so I am as guilty as the next for purchaisng items before I saw them. I just wish this site would go back to its upstanding forums and stop all this nonsense. I think it is perfectly fine for you to try to contact Mr. Grandchamp. However, the name calling is getting old. I personally knwo the man and have never thought of him as a thief etc. He has always greeted me and welcomed me. I suppose I could say he burned me since he sent me one halve of a tent instead of two halves. But it happens, he is not a sutler. I am not trying ot protect HIM I am trying to protect this forum from all the negative comments. So go right ahead rip me up too. I suppose I am deserving of some name callign because I am trying to stop all this. I am not trying to make anyone angry I am simply stating that seeing all this name calling is very displeasing, especially for someone liwk myself who is just getting into the hobby. If you did not get what you asked/paid for then I have no problem with you. I have a problem with those who decide to call him a "thief" a "Bum" etc" If you feel this way there is no need to post these things. Sometimes its best to keep things inside. I don't agree with all the points brought up on here but I don't call you men names. Thats all, I just wish the name calling would cease. Good Luck getting your gear everyone, just please leave out the names. Please and thank you

I would assume the most honorable thing to do would be contact the dissatisfied "customers", which apparently there are many, and offer them a refund on the wares they have or should have received.
I believe that honor is only as good as your actions, and not soley on your words.

I am so sick of this bashing that I am moving out of this country. All of you ass holes should be ashamed of yourself. I sent exactly what you ordered, nothing more or less. I have made nothing off of this process, **** I am just passing along the gear I spent thousands on at cut rate prices just to get rid of it. You people should pull your heads out of your asses and realize that you got the best gear out there at the best rates there were. Nothing more or less. I never ripped off anyone, and if you think you got ripped off, pull your head out of your ass and contact me like a gentleman. You people have some serious issues. Ya know Alex Belhumeur tried this three years ago, it ruined me, this is not a business, its an honest joe trying to get by in hard times. Leave me alone, I am done here.
According to your post it states above you sent out nothing more or less. Well how come when I opened my box yesterday their was only one peice of the TWO peices of a shelter half. And no more then 15 min after posting a response to the thread on the 2nd page I have a person saying they got the other peice of the shelter half I bought. In response to this whole issue I have to say that I am very disappointed. I myself purchased 2 items from him within the course of a year. One item was as described and came in quite quickly. The other item, a set of Atlanta Arsenal Accouterments never came. I ordered this last SUMMER. Since that time, I sent him 6-8 PMs through the site.
Both Payments were sent at 2 different times to this address:
Robert Grandchamp
147 New London Ave.
Warwick, RI 02886
Fortunately, I kept all documentation of the transaction (With Copies of the Money Orders Scanned,) and filed postal fraud charges. The purpose of this posts serves two functions.
First:
To let others know yet another testimonial. (By the way his name posted at this time was not Ike Malarki, It was R. Grandchamp.)
Second:
To let Robert Grandchamp know that I have not forgotten. I will not forget. Once the Postal Service has they're way with you I'm sure that you will not forget what you have done here either.
One last thing, In one of the early PMs Grandchamp mentioned that he had been delayed due to school. He may have even mentioned what institution it was, I will look tonight and if there is interest post it.

Gentlemen, relunctantly I am now having to shut down this thread. At the request of Mr. Hancock, I had left the thread open for two reasons. First zrbliss was not responding to emails and pms from Mr. Hancock seeking resolution to the dispute. The last time an individual did openly ask zrbliss to contact him, zrbliss did indeed contact him privately and the matter was resolved. At that time the person that had started the thread requested via a PM that I delete the thread which I then proceeded to do. Second, once it became apparent that items had inadvertently been shipped to the wrong individuals, Mr. Hancock publicly requested that the thread remain open so that members could compare notes and determine who had accidently received someone else's purchased item. This thread was never intended to become a general bashing of zrbliss and because it has become such, I now must shut it down in accordance with forum guidelines. This is unfortunate as I would not be surprised if there are still other members here who may have accidently been shipped items from zrbliss that had actually been sold to someone else. Now these items may never find their proper home.
Now to clean up the thread of all the name calling.

At the request of a member who is missing an item from his shipment, I am reopening this thread for the sole purpose of members to post items that they apparently received in error so that these items might find their proper home. If you are missing an item from a shipment or received an excess item, please post it and then use the PM function to arrange the appropriate transfer of property. No, and I repeat, no furthername calling or trashing of anyone will be tolerated. Please honor this request as, if I have to, I will lock this thread back down in a heartbeat and then the people who had their gear shipped to the wrong person will never get a chance to receive their gear. This is not about retribution or justice, this is only about getting the right gear to the right people. Thank you.

Hello all, i am Caleb Horton. I do not own a set of Atlanta arsenal accouterments, except for a cartridge box. I bought this cartridge box over three years ago on the Authentic Campaigner, and can have the man who sold it to me vouch for me if need be.
deletion - THP; as per rules for this thread
Moving on to the matter over the Atlanta arsenal accouterments. I remember a season or two ago at a local New England event. Mr Grandchamp approached me, admiring my cartridge box. He proclaimed that it was a very nice box, and he liked how i had the "complete set". I told him that it was a mix match of accouterments and not a complete set, he replied "oh really?" Unveiling a strange grin he turned away from me and ended the conversation. Sir, this man probably never owned an Atlanta arsenal set of accouterments, and he is now using me as his scapegoat.
I have many pards in this hobby who can vouch for my honesty. I have never made any dishonest transactions on either this forum, or the Authentic Campaigner forum. Apparently, he is now tarnishing others' reputations. deletion - THP; crossed a line as per normal forum guidelines

Is this the guy?
And if it is, what does it matter. I have deleted your post because of the real danger it may place this gentleman in. His actions have justifiably angered a large number of reenactors, some of whom have since made some very serious threats against him. While I can fully understand the anger, I can not allow anything to be posted that might assist anyone in actually venting that anger through physical violence.
Everyone please remember, the only reason that this thread remains open is the facilitate the matching up items that had been shipped to the wrong individuals with their proper owners. Thank you.

Caleb,
Your anger is certainly understandable. In a PM from Mr. Grandchamp, he stated that you sold the set to me. We both know this is not true I am sure; as you have previously attested that you don't even own a full set. In addition, I have printed PMs that document the transaction was with Grandchamp along with a digital copy of the personal check sent to him. I do not consider you to be at any fault in this whole ordeal, please don't worry about that. I want to apologize for any panic it may have caused seeing your name on the thread.
Just for the record so that everyone can see I want it made clear that I don't consider Caleb Horton to be at any fault for the actions of Grandchamp.
The purpose for posting the name Caleb Horton was to see if Grandchamp had used this name to scapegoat to anyone else.
I do not wish to encourage any further slander towards Grandchamp, I just wish to resolve the conflict.
Apologies for the worry Caleb,

Bill, I was contacted via a PM today by a new member whose account has not yet been validated by the Provost and therefore cannot post. He indicated that he had a pair of suspenders shipped to him that he did not order. I will PM you with his contact information.
