What does everyone think of Gingrich's new book? I'm not done reading it yet, but I think it's pretty good so far. I'm not a huge fan of historical- fiction books, but I think this one is ok. I haven't read Grant Comes East or Gettysburg yet but judging by this book I might give them a shot.

I've read Gettysburg, a few years back. I thought it was all right. Like you I am not a huge fan of historical-fiction or the "what if...". I just got done reading Grant Comes East, again it was all right. There are some parts that may take you by surprise.

I must say Gingrich does keep the book suspenseful... I dunno who's going to win. One minute Lee's woopin A** but then Grant always holds on by his bootstraps :-)
