Wtb trailer for reenacting use...size to be 4x6 or 7x5 in that size range but i am willing to look at all options.

Have you looked into the trailer frames at Harbor Freight? You get the basic frame and wheels, then you can build your own body to your hearts content. Prices are very reasonable.
