Has anyone seen these videos?

Some seem pretty good. Can these be used for the fresh fish? Why are there not more videos on how to?

These are clips taken from a series of DVD's known as "Civil War Minutes" A simple search on Amazon, or other such webstore will tell you that there is a Union and Confederate version . . . the Confederate version is 2 discs.

I have the two disc set of Confederate Civil War minutes and have been intending on picking up Union Civil War minutes. I also see available both titled as "The Best of Civil War Minutes - Confederate" and the "Best of Civil War Minutes - Confederate"

Are these "Best Of" the same as the other two versions, or are they newly packaged and / or updated versions with new or additional content?
