Does Co. D, 1st VA Vols (Old Dominion Guard) still exist?

I'm a civilian reenactor with ancestral ties to this company, and would like to join it. However, I've been unable to reach any of them through the addresses on their website, http://www.1stvirginia.org/, which looks to have been updated only through 2007.

Does anyone know if this group still exists? If so, would love to talk to them --
