Howdy
I have a Four Button Jacket I am trying to rid myself of because the thing is just too small. I bought it sight unseen from someone and they claimed it was a 40 but the jacket is more like a 36 or 37. Since they would not take it back I am trying to find it a good home for it on here.

Details: The seller told me the coat was constructed from a C. Childs pattern using Ben Tart jean and osnaburg. The pattern is exactly like the 4-Button coat on the WW&Co website with a 4 piece body and a welt pocket on the outside. The buttons are block I. I believe that interior seams are done by machine but the jacket has hand topstiching, hand buttonholes and hand finished armcythes along with an interior patch pocket made in a ochre, black and red homespun.

Condition: The Jacket appears to have been worn perhaps for a couple of hours as some of the front topstitching is slightly darker from a box sling but there are no stains or discolorations. It has the crisp hand of a new garment with no wear to any other part.

Price: $140 PPD

I can send more pictures via email if anyone wants them, just drop me a PM.

Best Regards

OK...Here are some more pics along with some measurements.

From armpit to armpit the coat is about 20-21" and from the top of the sleave to the cuff measures 22.5".

The last picture is of me wearing the coat, I am a 40L and you can see that it fits too snugly in the chest and is short in the arm. Would be great for a 36-37 or even an "as issued" 38.
