(1) The first two attached images are of a very heavy weight off white blanket with 8 longitudinal blue stripes (clustered 3x2 along the edges and 1x2 in the middle). It measures 73 inches long by 56 inches wide and is in good condition, with the only major blemish being a semicircular rust stain which is pictured in the second image (probably from a canteen half). Due to its dimentions and thickness I have found this to be a good blanket to lie on top of when folded in half lengthwise. I'll take $30 postage paid by Priority Mail.

(2) The next two images are of one plain red wool blanket and one faded red (almost a dark pink) "half blanket". The newer red blanket measures 80 x 70 inches and I hand-blanket stitched either raw end (it was bound in silk or a silk like material which I had removed). I had found it while cleaning out the attic of my grandmother's house some time ago. It has a pronounced diagnal weave under the "pile", and feels rather soft. I have done the "flame test" to bits of fuzz pulled off it twice, and it does not melt into a little lump of plastic, so if there are artificial fibers in it, they are in the minority. The faded "half blanket" I will include as by itself it really isn't worth anything. It has a much more pronounced diagnal weave but is also more worn and threadbare, with a couple of small holes worn right through. One corner is ragged, which I tired to picture. The whole thing measures only 64 x 46 inches. I'll take $15 for BOTH, again including priority mail postage.

I figure I'll give this a day or so, and then maybe pop 'em on Ebay if there is no interest.

Thanks for looking!
